The safety of every child is our highest priority. All Bear Creek Tutoring programs — including the Summer Challenges, Creative Kidz Camp, and other activities — are conducted under the supervision of trusted adults who have completed background checks. We maintain a safe environment free from harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.

By registering or communicating through this site, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or legal custodian of the child under 18, or that you have obtained explicit consent from the child's parent, guardian, or legal custodian. Any communication that takes place on this site or through the contact channels listed is assumed to be with the consent of a parent for children aged below 18 years old.

Our team communicates directly with parents or guardians when it involves children under 18. Children should not send messages or register without the supervision and approval of a responsible adult. If a minor contacts us directly, we will make every effort to notify the parent or guardian as soon as possible.

We collect only the information necessary to enroll participants and coordinate activities. Personal data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except when required by law or to ensure the safety of a minor.

Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's conduct during activities. Bear Creek Tutoring and its partners are not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All participants are expected to respect program rules and staff instructions.
